These are the official rules governing the Great Gas Giveaway (“Official Rules”).

1. Sponsorship.

The Great Gas Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by EUREKA ENTERTAINMENT, LLC D/B/A UNIVERSAL GAMING GROUP (“UGG” or “Sponsor”). UGG’s principal place of business is located at 240 W. Laura Drive Addison, IL 60101. The Sweepstakes is offered by the Sponsor in conjunction with Forty-two (42) Participating UGG Locations (as defined below).

2. Sweepstakes Procedure.

Beginning on May 1, 2022, during the Entry Period (as herein defined), Participants may enter the Sweepstakes through a Digital Data Form Entry. The entry method is detailed below; each person who enters the Sweepstakes via a Digital Data Form Entry is referred to herein as a “Participant.” Each Digital Data Form Entry must include the Participant’s: (a) first and last name, (b) primary telephone number, (c) month and year of birth, (d) mailing address obtaining address, city, state, and zip, (e) an acknowledgement of not being an employee and (f) an acknowledgement of being at or above the age of twenty-one (21) (subparts (a) through (f) are herein referred to as the “Required Participant Information”). A Participant may also include an email address on their Digital Data Entry form. The Required Participant Information must be accurate and current as of the date of the entry. A Participant is permitted one (1) entry per day per Participating UGG Location (as defined below). In the event that a Participant fails to comply with any of the requirements contained in this Section or that are otherwise provided for in these Official Rules, at the sole determination of the Sponsor, such Participant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Moreover, at the sole determination of the Sponsor, all of that Participant’s entries may be deemed null and void, not honored or acknowledged, and may be grounds for forfeiture of the Participant’s Prize (as defined below), if any.

DIGITAL DATA FORM ENTRY: Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by (1) visiting any one of the 42 Participating UGG Locations in Illinois and (2) using either (a) a computer tablet kiosk located at the Participating UGG Location to access an online Digital Data Entry Form or (b) using the Participant’s mobile device and a QR Code posted at the Participating UGG Location to access an online Digital Data Entry Form (one of these two methods will be available at each Participating UGG Location), and (3) completing the Digital Data Form Entry with the Required Participant Information. An eligible person (as defined below) completing and submitting a Digital Data Form Entry with all Required Participant Information will be entered into the Sweepstakes (each such entry is an “Entry” herein). Digital Data Form Entries will be accepted between 12:01 a.m. Central Time on May 1, 2022 and 11:59 p.m. Central Time on June 30, 2022 (the “Entry Period”). The Entry Period at each Participating UGG Location is limited to the hours when that Location is open and operating.

PARTICIPATING UGG LOCATIONS: A list of the 42 Participating UGG Locations, at which Participants can enter the Sweepstakes, follows these Official Rules as “Appendix A,” and is found on UGG’s website, at https://www.uggplay.com/greatgasgiveaway. This list also designates whether each Location allows entry through a computer tablet kiosk located at the location or through the Participant’s mobile device and a QR Code.

3. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE SWEEPSTAKES. FURTHER, A PURCHASE (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY PRODUCT, GOOD OR SERVICE SOLD BY THE SPONSOR OR A PARTICIPATING UGG LOCATION) WILL NOT IMPROVE A PARTICIPANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING.

4. Drawings, Odds of Winning a Prize.

DRAWINGS:Three hundred and seventy-eight (378) winners will be selected in a series of random drawings occurring as follows:

Forty-two (42) winners (one from each participating location) will be selected on Friday, May 6

Forty-two (42) winners (one from each participating location) will be selected on Friday, May 13

Forty-two (42) winners (one from each participating location) will be selected on Friday, May 20

Forty-two (42) winners (one from each participating location) will be selected on Friday, May 27

Forty-two (42) winners (one from each participating location) will be selected on Friday, June 3

Forty-two (42) winners (one from each participating location) will be selected on Friday, June 10

Forty-two (42) winners (one from each participating location) will be selected on Friday, June 17

Forty-two (42) winners (one from each participating location) will be selected on Friday, June 24

Forty-two (42) winners (one from each participating location) will be selected on Friday, July 1

The Prizes relating to the drawing are outlined below

The odds of being selected as a winner in each drawing are dependent on the number of valid Digital Data Form Entries received by Sponsor during the Entry Period prior to each drawing. Any Participant being selected as a winner in any drawing listed above will be ineligible for all subsequent drawings along with members of the same household. Each winner will be drawn separately from all eligible Participant entries that have been received as of the date of drawings. Each drawing will be conducted at 10:00 am Central Time on the date listed above by an employee of Sponsor’s marketing team.

NOTICE TO WINNERS: Each Winner will be contacted within five (5) business days of having been selected by email (if an email address was provided), telephone, or SMS messaging, and be told that he or she is one of the winners selected for each entry period. Each winner will be able to make changes to their mailing address within three (3) days of being notified that he or she is a winner, the nature and sufficiency of the identification being solely within the discretion of the Sponsor.

5. Prizes and Prize Values.

By entering this Sweepstakes in accordance with these Official Rules, Participants are eligible to win one of three hundred seventy-eight (378) fuel cards listed below (individually, each is a “Prize”, together one or more are “Prizes”) Fuels cards have been pre-determined based on the proximity of each participating location as defined below. It is the participant’s responsibility to read and understand all information, if any, which accompanies any Prize concerning use, risks, and maintenance. A winner may not forfeit his or her Prize for its approximate cash value, less necessary fees, taxes, and other additional costs. All taxes on each Prize, if any, are the winner’s responsibility. The Sponsor reserves the right at it sole discretion to substitute for a Prize an item of equivalent or greater value if the Prize specified is unavailable for any reason.

The Prizes are as follows:

Eighty-one (81) Participants will win a One Hundred Dollar Shell Fuel Gift Card, each with a retail value of one hundred dollars and zero cents ($100.00), redeemable at any Shell Gas Station location. The odds of becoming one of these Eighty-one (81) winners are dependent on the number of valid Digital Data Form Entries at the listed locations below received by Sponsor during the portion of the Entry Period preceding this drawing, as described above.

Ninety-nine (99) Participants will win a One Hundred Dollar Mobil Fuel Gift Card, each with a retail value of one hundred dollars and zero cents ($100.00), redeemable at any Mobil Gas Station location. The odds of becoming one of these Ninety-nine (99) winners are dependent on the number of valid Digital Data Form Entries at the listed locations below received by Sponsor during the portion of the Entry Period preceding this drawing, as described above.

One twenty six (126) Participants will win a One Hundred Dollar Casey’s Fuel Gift Card, each with a retail value of one hundred dollars and zero cents ($100.00), redeemable at any Casey’s Gas Station location. The odds of becoming one of these One hundred seventeen (117) winners are dependent on the number of valid Digital Data Form Entries at the listed locations below received by Sponsor during the portion of the Entry Period preceding this drawing, as described above.

Fifty-four (54) Participants will win a One Hundred Dollar BP Fuel Gift Card, each with a retail value of one hundred dollars and zero cents ($100.00), redeemable at any BP Gas Station location. The odds of becoming one of these Fifty-four (54) winners are dependent on the number of valid Digital Data Form Entries at the listed locations below received by Sponsor during the portion of the Entry Period preceding this drawing, as described above.

Eighteen (18) Participants will win a One Hundred Dollar Circle K Fuel Gift Card, each with a retail value of one hundred dollars and zero cents ($100.00), redeemable at any Circle K Gas Station location. The odds of becoming one of these Eighteen (18) winners are dependent on the number of valid Digital Data Form Entries at the listed locations below received by Sponsor during the portion of the Entry Period preceding this drawing, as described above.

6. Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States of America who are twenty-one (21) years old or older at the time of entry. As applicable, owners and employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, licensees, franchisees, advertising, and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. As applicable, any owner, officer, or employee of a Participating UGG Location (and the immediate family members of each) is not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes at the Participating UGG Location(s) that the person owns, is an officer of, or is an employee of. An “immediate family member” is defined to mean spouse, parent, grandparent, child or sibling. In-laws are not considered to be immediate family members.

The Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may require any Participant and/or Prize Winner to complete and sign a notarized affidavit attesting to facts relating to that person’s identity and eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes and/or receive a Prize. If a Participant and/or Prize Winner fails to comply with this requirement within five (5) business days of having been asked by Sponsor, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, (i) invalidate some or all of the Participant’s Entries in the Sweepstakes, and/or (ii) rescind a Prize and re-draw a new and different Winner for that Prize from the then-existing pool of valid Entries.

7. Use of Disclosed Information.

Information transmitted to the Sponsor, including without limitation the Required Participant Information, will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes permission to use each winning Participant’s name, Required Participant Information, biographical information, and/or likeness for online posting and/or any other written or photographic advertising and publicity without additional compensation. Further, by entering the Sweepstakes, the Participant is granting the Sponsor permission to use his or her contact information, including without limitation the Required Participant Information, to provide him or her with marketing or other informational materials related to the Sponsor and/or one or more of the Participating UGG Locations.

8. Facebook Disclosure

Although this Sweepstakes may be advertised on the Facebook pages of Sponsor, one or more Participating UGG Locations, or another, this Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Participants are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook. The information a Participant provides will only be used by the Sponsor, in accordance with these Official Rules. By entering, Participants provide a complete release of Facebook from any and all responsibilities implied or provided by the Sponsor and that this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

9. Miscellaneous

(a) By entering, Participants unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Participant or winning Participant who, in its sole suspicion, tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

(b) All federal, state, and local laws apply, and all applicable federal, state, and other taxes are the sole responsibility of the winning Participant.

(c) The Sponsor, the Participating UGG Locations, and, as applicable, the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor and the Participating UGG Locations are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible Entries; (ii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or discontinued, including without limitation any disruption in the World Wide Web; (iii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of a Prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; (iv) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes, (v) any inability to enter or otherwise participate in the Sweepstakes that any Participant or prospective Participant may experience due to the functioning or non-functioning of any mobile device, tablet, and/or other computer, or (vi) late, lost, delayed, or damaged delivery of a Prize.

(d) Participants agree that any dispute arising out of this Sweepstakes and/or these official rules shall be resolved individually without class action and exclusively by the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, under the laws of Illinois, without regard to any state’s conflict of laws principles. PARTICIPANTS FURTHER AGREE THAT (1) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS’ FEES; AND (2) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY PARTICIPANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.

(e) If any provision of these Official Rules is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, such provision will be deemed to be modified or restricted to the extent and in the manner necessary to render the same valid and enforceable and these Official Rules will be construed and enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law as if such provision had been originally incorporated herein as so modified or restricted, or as if such provision had not been originally incorporated herein, as the case may be.

(f) WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND AGREEMENT TO INDEMNIFY: By submitting any entry, each Participant, its, his, her, or their heirs, successors and assigns (the “Participant Party”) thereby releases, forever discharges, and covenants not to make a claim against or sue Sponsor and/or any Participating UGG Location, together with their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, employees, officers, directors, representatives, successors, and assigns (the “Released Parties” or in the singular “Released Party”), of and from all manner of action or actions, cause or causes of action, at law or inequity, suits, claims, demands, liability, loss, cost, or expense, of any nature whatsoever, known or unknown, fixed or contingent, which Participant Party may have or hereafter have against any Released Party by reason of any injuries or damages Participant Party may sustain, whether to Participant Party’s person, property, reputation, or otherwise, as a result of, incident to, or related in any way to entry into the Sweepstakes, the Sweepstakes, any Prize, and/or the use, incorporation, or exploitation of the entry into the Sweepstakes for any purpose described herein. Participant Party waives and foregoes the right to seek injunctive relief against any Released Party relating in any way to the entry to entry into the Sweepstakes, the Sweepstakes, any Prize, and/or the use, incorporation, or exploitation of the entry into the Sweepstakes for any purpose described herein. Participant Party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any liabilities, losses, claims, demands, costs (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees), and expenses arising in connection with any breach or alleged breach by Participant Party of any representation made in the entry to the Sweepstakes or by virtue of submitting the entry to the Sweepstakes.

(g) Sponsor and each Participating UGG Location make no warrantees or representations concerning the goods and/or services of any third party.

(h) For the name of the Winning Participants or an additional copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope request to EUREKA ENTERTAINMENT, LLC, 240 W. Laura Drive, Addison, IL 60101. The names of the Winners will be available only within 14 days after the close of the Sweepstakes, which is defined to be July 15, 2022.
